Power of Attorney

Know all men by these present that we, Maan H Al- Jasser & Co KSA do hereby appoint M/s. ASPIN TRAVELS, represented by Mr. M. M Mohammed Ashraf at Door No. 27/391, Krishna Vihar Colony, Panampilly Nagar, Cochin 682036, India, having Registration Certificate No. B-0911/KER/PER/1000+/5/7949/2007 under Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs issued under section 11 of the Emigration Act 1983, to be our true and lawful attorneys and agents in India in respect of handling all the affairs in concerning the recruitment of Indian personnel as given in the demand letter, entering into contracts with the selected candidates/employees completion of immigration formalities with the protector of the immigration, Government of India, signing all the necessary documents required by the said offices in concern with the recruitment and to arrange the passage of manpower.

In witness we have executed this agreement dated 07/04/2015 in presence of the subscribing witness .
